Our stunning and sustainable Hawthorne Round Outdoor Dining Table is one that will bring heaps of character and a sense of its history to garden parties, barbecues and al fresco family meals. It's exquisitely hand-crafted in Indonesia from reclaimed teak wood, which still reveals traces of its former past (as columns, pillars and framework in old Indonesian homes) in the minor imperfections that make it so perfect.
Reclaimed teak is stronger than new teak, making this piece incredibly weatherproof and suitable for life in the garden, and it has black plastic feet to stop the legs sitting in water when it's rained. Its beautiful brown colour will naturally turn silvery over time, adding to its rustic, textured finish. This table will comfortably seat four to six people, making it ideal for gathering family and friends for laidback summer dinners. Handmade in Indonesia from reclaimed Teak wood, therefore each piece will be unique.
Natural finish, unvarnished and textured, teak has a strong weather resistance and the colour will turn more silvery over time.
For regular care, clean the product from the dust with a soft cloth/brush. Mop up any spills immediately and do not let water stand on this product. For thorough cleaning in case of mold and stain, use damp cloth with natural soap and wipe in the direction of the grain.
Timber taken from framework, columns or pillars in Indonesian old homes, so traces of the wood's past life may be visible - holes showing traces of nails, or a past wood joint.
