DO YOU DELIVER ACROSS THE UK?
Yes, Gower Home offers standard delivery to UK mainland post codes. We do not currently deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, nor certain areas of the Scottish Highlands.
We do not currently deliver to JE, GY, ZE, HS and IM postcodes.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is Free for all orders.
CAN I BOOK A DELIVERY SLOT?
Yes! For all larger furniture items, i.e. sofas, armchairs, dining sets, consoles, chests, beds, bedroom furniture and large mirrors etc, our delivery team will usually call, email or text you to arrange a date and time slot that suits you. Please note that we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time but our team will do their very best to arrive within the pre-agreed slot. For smaller items you will usually get a 24 hour delivery slot which will come through directly from our courier partner. If you would like to place an order and you need to request a delivery day (excludes weekends), then just pop us an email to info@gowerhome.co.uk before you place your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate this.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
You will receive an email to confirm that you have placed your order, and that we have your payment. Within 3-5 days we will send you a confirmation of your order with an approximate delivery date via email or text. Sometimes, we or one of our carriers may also call you to arrange your delivery.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery lead times are reliant on stock availability. Usual delivery times, assuming your item/s are in stock, are 1-3 weeks.
WILL THE FURNITURE ARRIVE FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Most of our furniture is readily assembled. Sometimes larger items will require some assembly, please check the product description and additional information for assembly details. If you are unsure of anything please email info@gowerhome.co.uk prior to placing your order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
In the rare event that your item is damaged, you are able to reject the item at the point of delivery thereby avoiding any inconvenience. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check the delivered item(s) packaging and contents carefully at the point of delivery and contact us immediately to inform us of any defects. We will then endeavour to send a replacement as soon as possible. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You can return any goods (excluding bespoke or made to order items) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full value of your items. Goods need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. The cost of returning an item/s due to a change of mind, must be paid by the customer. Please do refer to our Returns Policy & our Terms & Conditions. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING MY ITEM?
To return an item within your 14 days please email our customer service team at info@gowerhome.co.uk.
HOW IS MY REFUND PAID?
Refunds will only be credited to the original credit/debit card or PayPal/other account that was used to pay for the item(s).
HOW CAN I PAY?
The payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, American Express, Google pay, and Maestro.
